(ANSA) - Turin, August 26 - A mayor in northwestern Italy
says he will stop migrants being relocated to his town with
barbed-wire and electrified fence.
Mayor Gianluca Buonanno, an MEP for the anti-immigrant
Northern League party, said: "I don't want illegal immigrants
and that's that, I'll defend my territory like you do to keep
wild boar away".
Buonanno is mayor of the town of Borgosesia near Vercelli.
