'No 'unpresentable' PD candidate,' says Renzi

(ANSA) - Naples, May 26 - Democratic Party leader and Premier Matteo Renzi on Tuesday told a Campania TV channel "with great clearness" that the PD does not have any 'unpresentable' candidate in its lists for regional elections May 31 in seven Italian regions. He spoke as the parliamentary anti-mafia commission was set to unveil a black list of candidates with criminal records or chequered histories. The anti-euro, anti-immigrant Northern League has also said it has no candidate on the list.
