(ANSA) - Rome, February 3 - Silvio Berlusconi on Tuesday
described President Sergio Mattarella's swearing-in speech as
"fitting and respectful of the Constitution". "I don't know him
in person but he seems a good person," said the three-time
premier, whose opposition, centre-right Forza Italia (FI) party
did not vote for Mattarella to become head of State. "He has a
marvellous image with his white hair".
