(ANSA) - Rome, January 27 - Ex-premier and centre-right
Forza Italia (FI) leader Silvio Berlusconi will not attend FI's
talks with the ruling Democratic Party (PD) on electing a new
Italian president Tuesday night, FI said. The opposition party
will be represented by Berlusconi's advisor Giovanni Toti and
its caucus leaders. But Berlusconi will probably talk with PD
leader and Premier Matteo Renzi Wednesday or Thursday, the
sources said.
