Election law will be in Senate next week

(ANSA) - Rome, November 7 - Premier Matteo Renzi has said that the government's election law bill will be in the Senate next week, despite a failure to reach an agreement earlier this week with Silvio Berlusconi over amendments to it. "Next week we'll present the text of the electoral law in the Senate," Renzi said at a funding event for his centre-left Democratic Party (PD) late on Thursday, the video of which was released on the party's Internet channel on Friday.
