Renzi says essential reforms must pass

(ANSA) - Rome, September 16 - Premier Matteo Renzi said Tuesday that those whose reform efforts have failed "too often" in the past are now hoping his reform proposals will also fall short. But "it's up to us," to ensure the success of essential changes which Italy now needs to survive, he told the Senate.
    "It will be our responsibility in the case of defeat," said Renzi.
