Foley murder 'horrifying', Napolitano tells Obama

(ANSA) - Rome, August 22 - The ISIS Islamist militia beheading of US reporter James Foley in Iraq was "horrifying and execrable", Italian President Giorgio Napolitano wrote to US President Barack Obama Friday.
    "It recalls a murky and distant past, trampling on the supreme value of human life," Napolitano said, voicing profound regret and condolences to Foley's family and the American people.
