(ANSA) - Rome, January 11 - The Council of State, Italy's
highest administrative court, on Friday came out against the
transfer of the tourism portfolio from the culture ministry to
the agriculture ministry.
It said its opinion on the move "can only be perplexed".
It said the move was a "copy and paste" job without any
"overall strategic vision".
