(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 10 - The international food technology and
drink event Cibus Tec has been presented at Expo Dubai 2020.
The encounter, organized by the Fairs of Parma and Koelnmesse,
took place inside the "M-Eating Italy", Fine Dining Restaurant
and poly-functional area for business matching, a brainchild of
Parma fairs.
The menu was created by among others Emilia-Romagna chef Davide
Gardini, Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Hotels & Resorts Dubai.
The offerings on show at the next edition of Cibus Tec, October
24-27 2023, and Cibus Tec Forum on October 25-26 2022, were
illustrated.
Fabio Bettio, Exhibition Director of Cibus Tec, said "it is one
