(ANSA) - New York, June 13 - The New York Times on Thursday
hailed Negroni's 100th anniversary calling it the cocktail of
the year.
The NYT said the cocktail of equal parts Campari, vermouth
and gin, invented by Florentine Count Camillo Negroni in 1919,
"is the perfect elixir for a summer afternoon".
