In a statement after Monday's meeting with Premier Giuseppe Conte and Labour and Industry Minister Luigi Di Maio, the company said it had "confirmed the decision to cease its own exercise of the productive activities at the Novi Ligure site and the intention to give production in Italy to a third party, preferably by identifying industrial partners interested in the acquisition or management of the productive assets at Novi".
