Italian is Miss Chef New York 2018

(ANSA) - Fiumicino, October 22 - A chef-manager with Calabrian, Piedmontese and Sardinian roots who has been living in New York for over 10 years on Sunday became the fifth Miss Chef New York 2018 after a competition at noted Manhattan eatery Norma.
    Maura Ardu won over the two juries with a swordfish on caponata second course.
