(ANSA) - Rome, April 12 - One in four Italian restaurants
will not serve lamb this Easter, up from previous years, the
FIPE catering group said Wednesday amid a campaign against lamb
butchering by animal rights group.
Ex-premier Silvio Berlusconi has angered the meat industry by
backing the campaign and adopting five lambs that would
otherwise have been slaughtered.
