Starbucks to open NYC coffee megastore

(ANSA) - New York, February 8 - Starbucks is looking for New York premises suitable for hosting a coffee megastore along the lines of Eataly, the New York Post reported Monday. The Seattle-based company is allegedly looking for at least 2,000 sqm of space, possibly in Chelsea or in Meatpacking, near the existing Italian gourmet store.
    Meanwhile Eataly is preparing to open its second New York venue inside the World Trade Center in Manhattan.
    The store covering approximately 4,000 sqm is due to open before the summer.
