Science of food show in Milan ahead of Expo 2015

(ANSA) - Milan, November 28 - An exhibition exploring the science of food will open in Milan on Friday ahead of next year's Expo 2015.
    'Food, the science from seeds to the plate' "is the most important scientific awareness-raising event promoted by Milan municipality on the key theme of Expo 2015," the organisers said. The exhibition at the city's natural history museum will run until June 28, overlapping with the start of the six-month World's Fair on the theme 'Feeding the planet, energy for life' in May. "'Food' is the ideal exhibition for anticipating the themes of the Universal Exhibition five months before it opens," city councillor for culture Filippo Del Corno said.
    "It is a way of entering the world of food, its origins, forms, reasons, frontiers, to create from now that atmosphere of attention and interest, but also of festivity and fun, in which with Expo 2015 we will all be caught up."
