(ANSA) - Milan, December 17 - The Clessidra investment fund is in exclusive negotiations to buy a majority stake in the Roberto Cavalli fashion house, with the aim being to reach a deal by March 2015, a statement said Wednesday. The statement said designer Roberto Cavalli would remain a stakeholder after the deal was completed and would support the new management team.
