(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 14 - The beauty of Italy's regions and the
skills of its artisans and engineers are taking centre stage at
Expo 2020 Dubai thanks to Gabriele Salvatores.
The Oscar-winning director filmed the work and the know-how of
people in 15 Italian regions and told their story through
landscapes, monuments and works of art, in line with the motto
of the Italy Pavilion, Beauty Connects People.
The results can been seen at two different sections of the
pavilion: the Belvedere, which features a 360º projection of the
most suggestive Italian landscapes; and the area devoted to
Italy's 'Know-How,' which has a 100-square-meter display to show
visitors the very best of Italy's agrifood, machinery and design
sectors as well as of its most sophisticated technologies.
