(ANSA) - Naples, April 8 - A 20-year-old British tourist stole about 10 pieces of mosaic from the Pompeii archaeological site on Sunday.
The woman was caught by Carabinieri lifting the pieces from a floor mosaic in the House of the Anchor, and was cited for aggravated damage.
The pieces are set to be reassembled Monday.
