Man stabbed by daughter's ex dies

(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 6 - A 71-year-old man stabbed by the 40-year-old ex-partner of his 37-year-old daughter after the ex disfigured her with a knife to the face and neck in a Varese street Monday has died of his wounds in hospital, medical sources said Monday.
    Fabio Limido, a geologist, who was stabbed by his daughter Lavinia's ex Marco Manfrinati, died of massive wounds, they said.
    Manfrinati waited for Lavinia to come out of her father's studio to attack her.
    He then stabbed Limido when he tried to stop the attack. (ANSA).
