(ANSA) - ROME, APR 17 - A Turin prison warder who was subjected to a psychiatric test to see if he was gay has been awarded 10,000 euros in damages, payable by the Italian justice ministry, after the regional administrative court (TAR) of Piedmont found in his favour Wednesday.
The man was given the test to see if his alleged homosexuality might determine a personality disorder and unduly affect his ability to do his job.
he was falsely alleged to be gay by two inmates.
