Man sought for Aosta femicide on trial for abusing victim

(ANSA) - ROME, APR 10 - An Italian-born young man of Egyptian origin who is being sought in connection with the stabbing death of a 22-year-old French women near Aosta is already on trial in Grenoble on suspicion of physically abusing the victim, French media said Wednesday.
    A search is on at Grenoble, where he lives, French dailies Le Dauphiné Libéré and Le Progrés said.
    He is now the subject of an international murder warrant.
