American girl,12, found dead after playing American football

(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 5 - A 12-year-old American girl was found dead in her bed near Pordenone four days after suffering a mild trauma in her left knee while playing American football with her family at the US Aviano Air Base last week, sources said Tuesday.
    The girl, who has not been named, was found dead by her father and his partner in their home at Prata di Pordenone.
    Doctors now suspect she had a heart attack.
    The girl had been examined in hospital and discharged. (ANSA).
