(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 27 - A 60-year-old man hid his 80-year-old
mother's body in their home in Verona for at least five years in
order to keep getting her pension, police said Friday.
Police in the city near Venice have cited the man for fraud,
they said.
The man continued to frequent their former shared abode even
though his mother's body was in an advanced state of
decomposition, police said. (ANSA).
