(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 2 - A 22-year-old Turin born man of
Moroccan origin got five vears and 10 months in jail Tuesday in
the first sentence for a night of sexual violence in Milan's
PIazza Duomo at New Year's Eve 2022 when a gang of young men
surrounded a dozen young women and forced them to submit to
abuse.
Abdallah Bouguedra was found guilty of group sexual violence for
the most serious episode in which a 19-year-old Milanese woman
was the victim.
A Milan court said the young men involved formed a "human wall"
blocking their victims. (ANSA).
