(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 24 - Some 34 people are missing after a
fresh migrant shipwreck off Tunisia Friday.
The 34 migrants from sub-Saharan African countries went missing
after the boat on which they were travelling sank off the
Tunisian coast, said a spokesman for the court in Sfax, from
whose coast the migrants had set off in the direction of Italy.
There were 38 people on the boat, four of whom were rescued,
said the spokesman for the court, which has opened an
investigation. (ANSA).
