(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 20 - House prices in Italy in 2022 rose by 3.8% over the previous year according to data released by the national statistics institute ISTAT on Monday.
It is the biggest annual increase registered since the House Price Index (IPAB) measuring the evolution of property prices in Italy was launched in 2010, ISTAT said.
