Mussolini-quoting top public-sector manager quits

(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 14 - Claudio Anastasio has quit as president of the 3-I public-sector software-development agency, government sources said on Tuesday, after reports of him quoting Fascist dictator Benito Mussolini in an official email.
    Daily newspaper La Repubblica reported that Anastasio explicitly quoted the speech Mussolini made in January 1925 to take political responsibility for the murder of Socialist opponent Giacomo Matteotti the previous year in an email to the agency's board.
    Anastasio was appointed to the position by the current government in December. (ANSA).
