(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 31 - With the end from Tuesday of a vaccine mandate for anti-vax doctors the health system "will recoup 4,000 doctors," Premier Giorgia Meloni said Monday.
The return of the anti-vaxxers who had been suspended due to their refusal to get jabs had been scheduld for the end of the year.
She said the government had decided to confirm a facemask mandate in hospitals and care homes, refuting reports to the contrary. (ANSA).
