Cops clash with students calling FdI 'Fascists'

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 25 - Police baton-charged leftwing collective students calling Brothers of Italy (FdI) members "Fascists" in clashes at Rome's La Sapienza University Tuesday.
    "Fascists out of the university" read the placards held up by the students protesting against the presence of members of Premier Giorgia Meloni's rightwing party at a conference in the university.
    University authorities condemned the clashes saying freedom of expression must be upheld. (ANSA).
