(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 6 - An Italian listeria alert has moved
from uncooked wurstel sausages to salmon sandwiches.
Health police have raised the alert over salmon and mayonnaise
sandwiches made by the Allegri Sapori company.
Several batches of the sandwiches have been pulled.
The Higher Health Instute (ISS) issued a list of other at-risk
foods: soft cheeses, all types of paté, unprocessed milk, smoked
salmon, lightly seasoned processed meat and undercooked food in
general. (ANSA).
