Man, 21, killed by tanker truck at bus stop

(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 8 - A 21-year-old Somali man was hit and killed by a tanker truck at a bus stop in the Marche port city of Ancona on Monday.
    The asylum seeker was waiting for his bus when he was struck and dragged by the truck for several metres.
    The driver did not see him and only heard a loud noise, sources said.
    Medics rushed to the scene but were unable to save the man's life.
    He died of the injuries he sustained, particularly one to a leg.
    An autopsy has been ordered. (ANSA).
