(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 7 - The daughter of an 80-year-old woman
found bludgeoned to death in her home in Marche Thursday has
been arrested in connection with the death, police said.
The incident happened at San Benedetto del Tronto, near Ascoli
Piceno in southern Marche.
The daughter phoned police who found her agitated and confused.
She was arrested and taken to hospital in shock.
An autopsy has been ordered. (ANSA).
