Worker falls from roof of plant and dies

(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 5 - A 27-year-old worker fell from the roof of a depot near Caltanissetta in Sicily and died on Monday, the latest in a s spate of fatal workplace accidents in Italy, sources said Tuesday.
    The man, Roberto Savasta, fell over 10 metres and died despite revival efforts by a medical team.
    Savasta was on his first day working in that site.
    Prosecutors have opened a probe and impounded the area. (ANSA).
