(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 5 - Two Catholic priests including one
Italian were freed in Nigeria Tuesday after being in the hands
of local kidnappers for a few days.
The Italian, Father Luigi Brena, was abducted at Ogunwenyi in
the southwestern Edo state on Sunday evening.
A Nigerian priest, Father Emmanuel Silas, of the diocese of
Kafanchan in Kaduna state was also freed.
Another recently abducted priest is still in kidnappers' hands.
