(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 26 - A Black Italian youth league female
soccer referee received racial insults from the defeated
under-15 team after a game near Piacenza in northern Italy
recently, a sporting judge said in fining the club 500 euros
Thursday.
Players from the Pontolliese Gazzola club were found to have
shouted "cotton fields for this one!" and "concentration camps!"
at the ref after she officiated its 2-0 home defeat by San Polo.
