(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 25 - A Naples youth gang pointed a gun in
the face of the 11-year-old son of a Neapolitan man in order to
get him to hand over his scooter Tuesday night, police sources
said Wednesday.
The scooter belonging to Assogioca volunteer assoication
President Gianfranco Wurzburger was later found abandoned in a
nearby town.
Wurzburger was taking his son back from a charity football match
at the Maradona Stadium when three youths on scooters staged the
robbery.
"Pointing a gun at a young boy is not just an act of cowards,
but much more," he said on Facebook Wednesday, thanking
well-wishers for their solidarity. (ANSA).
