(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 17 - A 34-year-old Italian teacher who had
a child with a15-year-old boy she was giving private lessons too
was found guilty again on appeal in Florence Tuesday.
The court knocked off 15 days of her first-instance sentence of
six and a half years in jail.
The woman, from Prato north of Florence, was again found guilty
of sexual acts with a minor and instigating sexual violence with
a minor.
The woman's husband was acquitted of fraud charges after
claiming the child was his. (ANSA).
