(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 17 - A Libyan guard at the Italian
embassy in Tripoli was injured by stray bullets during clashes
amid the failed attempt by 'parallel' premier Fathi Bashagha to
enter the North African city, authorities for the protection of
diplomatic missions announced Tuesday, according to Abaad News.
The condition of the man was not immediately known.
Well-informed sources aid he was hit by stray bullets and not in
a targeted firefight. (ANSA).
