Two more workplace accident deaths in Italy

(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 22 - There have been two more workplace accident deaths in Italy in the last 24 hours, continuing a shocking spate of workplace fatalities on which the government has vowed action.
    On Monday evening a worker operating a milling machine in an engineering firm near Vicenza was violently hit by a metal washer and died.
    On Tuesday morning a container worker was crushed to death by wind farm blades after they fell on him in the port of Taranto in Puglia. (ANSA).
