Domenico Tallini a defendant in Farmabusiness case

(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 18 - The ex head of the Calabria regional council, Domenico Tallini,, was acquitted Friday of charges of helping an 'Ndrangheta clan illegally sell drugs in the so-called Farmabusiness case.
    Tallini, 70, was accused of helping the Grande Aracri clan of Cutro near Crotone sell drugs on the wholesale market.
    He was also accused of vote buying.
    Another five people were acquitted with Tallini.
    The court found 14 people guilty and sentenced them to prison terms ranging from two to 16 years. (ANSA).
