(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 26 - The median age of death from COVID19
in Italy is 80, and is higher for the vaccinated, the Higher
Health Institute (ISS) said Wednesday.
The vaccinated also had more pre-existing conditions than the
unvaccinated who died, the ISS said.
Most of the deceased were hospitalised in general wards and not
in intensive care units (ICUs). (ANSA).
