(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 30 - A 50-year-old man died of his
injuries in hospital Tuesday two weeks after being brutally
beaten after defending a woman friend from a stalker in Puglia.
Cosimo Damiano Bologna defended the friend from the attentions
of a 58-year-old man who has since been arrested for stalking
and for the beating.
The incident happened when Bologna and his friend were outside a
bar in Canosa di Puglia.
He was beaten bloody and senseless by the man. (ANSA).
