(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 26 - A health protection plan for the
upcoming G20 summit in Rome kicked off Tuesday by laying on aid
stations and dedicated ambulances,
nuclear-biological-chemical-radiiological (NBCR) vehicles and
staff at the La Nuvola skyscraper where the event will take
place in the southern EUR district, as well as a decontamination
tent.
There will be three COVID testing centre at La Nuvola.
Rome's emergency health network will also be booste and a state
of alert for the emergency hospital network declared, said
health councillor Alessio D'Amato.
The plan will be in place from Tuesday till Monday, November 1.
