Northern Italy green on new ECDC map barring Veneto, E-R

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 14 - Almost all northern Italy is green on the new COVID incidence map from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), except for Veneto, Emilia Romagna and the province of Bolzano.
    The areas with such a low level of incidence of new COVID cases are increasingly numerous in Italy, but also in France and Spain.
    The whole of Germany remains red in the new map.
    The most serious situations, on the other hand, are to be found in Slovenia, Romania, the south of Bulgaria and the Baltic republics.
    Romania and Bulgaria have the lowest vaccination rates in the EU. (ANSA).
