(ANSA) - PALERMO, MAR 5 - Italian police on Friday impounded
22 unsafe bridges on the A20 Messina to Palermo motorway near
Messina.
Four people have been cited for failing to carry out necessary
maintenance work on structures liable to collapse.
The overpasses have been closed pending work to restore their
stability, prosecutors said.
Traffic in the area has been limited. (ANSA).
