Another 2 femicide-suicides in Italy

(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 17 - Italy saw another two femicide-suicides by men in Piedmont and Lazio Friday amid a growing spate of such cases.
    At Carmagnola, near Turin, a 71-year-old man killed his 68-year-old partner, fled the scene and then shot himself in the head.
    The man was named as Mattana Pasquale, and the woman Eufrosina Martini.
    Pasquale was from Villaputzu near Cagliari in Sardinia.
    After murdering the woman he called his son and told him what he had done.
    At Aprilia near Latina south of Rome, a 48-year-old man shot dead his 45-year-old wife during a row and then turned the gun on himself.
    The man was from Caltanissetta in Sicily, police said.
    The couple had recently moved to Aprilia from Marino near Rome.
    They had a market stall. (ANSA).
