Factory worker crushed to death by machinery

(ANSA) - PISA, JUL 16 - A 48-year-old Italian factory worker was crushed to death after getting trapped in some machinery in a construction material works near Pisa on Thursday.
    Juri Conti, from Pisa, was crushed by a milling machine.
    He was operating a crane above the machine when it suddenly stopped and he climbed down to have a look and slipped and fell in.
    It then started up just as suddenly as it had stopped and crushed him to death.
    Emergency teams extracted his mangled body.
    An autopsy has been ordered.
    The local ASL health agency said it would determine "eventual responsibility" in the incident. (ANSA).
