(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 14 - A 30-year-old man has confessed to stabbing his parents to death late on Monday in the province of Turin, sources said on Tuesday.
    Carabinieri detained the man after they found him wandering around in the town of Collegno in a state of confusion with blood on his hands.
    He subsequently confessed during a long interrogation.
    He is thought to have stabbed his mother and father, aged 60 and 69 respectively, with a kitchen knife after they paid him a visit at his home.
    The motive for the attack is thought to have been a row over something "futile". (ANSA).
