(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 30 - Milan finance police on Tuesday
notified 11 people, including the former acting CEO of the San
Raffaele.hospital, that an investigation regarding alleged fraud
in relation to the sale of medicines has been completed.
This notification is often issued before charges are pressed.
The case regards alleged fraud that prosecutors believe cost the
region of Lombardy over 10 million euros.
The former head of the hospital, Nicola Bedin, is the current
president of the SNAM energy group.
Several managers for a number of pharmaceutical companies are
also under investigation. (ANSA).
