(ANSA) - Rome, June 5 - Italian president Sergio Mattarella
will take part in a commemoration ceremony for local COVID-19
victims on June 28 at the Bergamo cemetery.
He was invited by the town mayor to the ceremony at which
Gaetano Donizetti's Requiem will be played.
The concert will be broadcast live starting from 8:35 PM on
RaiUno.
Bergamo is one of the Italian cities hit hardest by COVID-19.
